“Currently, the parties involved in the three-day meeting in the United States have not reached a consensus on several important issues. These issues include the clarification of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, the troop withdrawal, the establishment of an international dialogue mechanism for security guarantees, and the rights of the people of Nagorno-Karabakh. As of now, there are differing positions on these matters.
▪️The signing of a peace agreement will occur when the official authorities in Yerevan and Baku come to an agreement on all the points at hand.
▪️There is currently no set date for the next meeting between the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan.”
