Several real estate properties owned by Robert Kocharyan and seven individuals associated with him have been deemed illegal and subject to confiscation.
According to preliminary findings, the following have been identified as illegal and subject to confiscation:
– 20 real estate units, primarily located in the administrative district of Kentron in Yerevan.
– 2 vehicles.
– Involvement in 18 Armenian and foreign legal entities.
– Over $1.5 million in deposits and securities.
– Loans provided to individuals and legal entities totaling around 10 billion Armenian drams.
– Approximately 22 billion Armenian drams, representing the remaining amount of funds of illegal origin, funds transferred to third parties, and other expended funds that have not been accounted for.
