On August 1st, a friendship agreement was signed between the town of Priva and the Armenian province of Astarak, as reported by Nouvelles d’Arménie.
“We plan to develop cooperation programs in various fields in Astarak, including agriculture, animal husbandry, and medicine,” said the mayor of Priva.
