The Armenian government is sending humanitarian aid to Artsakh, which is currently under a full blockade by Azerbaijan.

On July 25, the Armenian government announced the convening of another meeting of the working group on managing the humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh, led by Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan. During the meeting, decisions were made regarding urgent humanitarian assistance in the form of food and medicine for the population of Nagorno-Karabakh.
Trucks with humanitarian aid for Nagorno-Karabakh were opened in the presence of foreign diplomats accredited in Armenia, allowing them to witness the cargo.
The Azerbaijani side has not confirmed permission for the passage of trucks with humanitarian aid. The Armenian side is in communication with the peacekeepers. The convoy of trucks is accompanied by representatives from the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Ministry of Health. The assortment of humanitarian aid was discussed with colleagues from Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), according to Anna Zhamkochyan, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia.
