Armenia will cooperate with India in the customs sphere and aims to expand its partnership with Japan and the United States.
During his visit to Brussels, Rustam Badasian, the Head of the Armenian Revenue Committee, held meetings with counterparts from India, Japan, and the United States to discuss prospects for cooperation, according to the department’s press service.
As a result, the governments of Armenia and India have signed an agreement on cooperation in customs matters and mutual assistance. The document establishes the foundation for expanding and strengthening cooperation between the parties in the customs sphere, as well as for providing mutual administrative assistance and approving procedures for exchanging information.
