In the meeting convened by President Arayik Harutyunyan, the Security Council discussed measures to overcome the consequences of the complete blockade.
Harutyunyan emphasized that efforts made in the field of foreign policy, along with the appeals from various international organizations and states regarding the lifting of the blockade between Artsakh and Armenia, have not yielded positive results, not only in terms of lifting the blockade of Artsakh but also in curbing Azerbaijan’s ambitions. In this context, the head of state stressed the need for more active and targeted work.
Considering the situation, President Harutyunyan issued a number of instructions regarding the reallocation of available resources to ensure the functioning of the republic and address internal and external security issues.
